Booking Policies

To secure an appointment, a $50 nonrefundable deposit is necessary. Stripe processes this deposit with bank-level security, ensuring your financial safety. The remaining amount is due at your appointment.

If you need to adjust or cancel your booking, you can apply this deposit to a subsequent visit. However, any changes, whether rescheduling or cancellations, must be made no later than three hours before your scheduled time. Failing to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please manage such changes through our online Client Portal.

How to Book Online
  1. Choosing a Single Service: If you’re booking just one service, move to step 4.
  2. Multiple Services: For combined services like a women’s cut & balayage, start by selecting the primary service from the “Services” dropdown menu.
  3. Add Extras: Click the “Add Extra” button and pick any additional services from the “Extra” dropdown. Note: the appointment’s price and duration will adjust based on the services you choose.
  4. Select Date & Time: Pick your preferred date and time slot for the appointment. You’ll only see the available slots. After selecting, click “Continue”.
  5. Input Your Details: Fill in your first name, last name, email, and phone number.
  6. Optional Note: If you wish, you can leave a note for Henry at this stage.
  7. Payment: A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to finalize your booking. We handle payments securely via Stripe. For more on Stripe’s privacy and safety features, click here.
  8. Review Everything: Before you proceed, make sure you’ve reviewed all the details, including the services you’ve picked and your personal information.
  9. Confirm Your Booking: Hit the “Confirm” button. Once done, you’ll get a confirmation email and a text message. We can’t wait to serve you!
