Refunds & cancellations Policy


A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book an appointment, Your deposit is processed securely through  Stripe  using bank level security to ensure your safety. The remaining balance will be paid on-site at your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, your deposit may be applied to a future visit.*


Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction.

Services received cannot be refunded.

We will gladly adjust any service you receive within seven days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you at no additional charge to you.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the client portal link in your confirmation email. The client portal will only allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. Please contact Henry directly by phone or by text message at 210.573.2452 if you would like to cancel or request to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

* If you cancel or schedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
